Geoff continued his preparations for this year's EDF Energy Birmingham Half Marathon on Sunday 11th October by taking part in an exclusive training session with EDF Energy race sustainability consultant and professional Ironman triathlete' Toby Radcliffe, held in Birmingham's Cannon Hill Park.

Toby was on hand to provide Geoff with race preparation tips for the event which already has 10,000 runners signed-up.  Geoff will be in good company in Birmingham - Paula Radcliffe will also be competing in the IAAF World Half Marathon Championships as part of the event.
