Clinical Trials
Clinical trials are the fastest effective way to fast track new drugs needed to save the lives of blood cancer patients, yet currently only 6% of adults are entered into clinical trials in the UK.
The Geoff Thomas Foundation is working with charity Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research. The aim is to set up a network of national centres in major cities across the UK to run cutting-edge clinical trials.
The focus is to fund clinical trials that will quickly deliver breakthroughs in research to help people beat blood cancers including leukaemia, lymphoma and myeloma.
Together we aim to get tomorrow’s treatments for blood cancers to patients, today.
